“Birds of a feather flock together”
In this incredible clip, world renowned speaker Les Brown dissects negativity and how other people’s, infect you. This is a thought provoking psychological analysis and a worthy watch for those seeking to grow beyond their current level.
This is so true. Someone can give you a label and you if you believe it you are stuck with it until you are able to shrug it off. Friends and family are some of the best people to give you positivity.

Misnomer there… This is a great, motivational video (I’ve seen him somewhere before… hmm… management class? lol)…
However, it has nothing to do with “removing negative people”… He goes out of his way to isolate ‘complainers that don’t do anything’ about their situation. This is one of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with people.
There are those people out there that think ANY form of complaining is ‘whining’… or negative. But that’s not true. Before we can fix things, we have to figure out what exactly is wrong… and most of the time that is through discussion or debate. People that continually shut down conversations that seem ‘negative’ to them, live in a bubble of disillusionment or complacency that seems suffocating to me.
When you hit that point though with people that DO complain… (which I have had both good and bad) is when you offer solutions, or direct them towards a solution and they continually pass it up for more of the same complaints. THAT is when you move on, or just pat them on the back and say ‘there, there’.

Les Brown is the one, who inspired me and got me up when I was at the brink of giving up.
I am still struggling.
Don’t know when I will get my dream. But I know one thing-
“No matter how bad it is or how bad it gets, I am going to make it.”
Thank you for posting this video. 🙂
